Your Google Business Profile is the free listing with your hours, photos, phone number and reviews that people see when they search for you on Google or Maps.
Access and privacy
- Who can see your account
You, and the team members you invite. Our support team can see your account so they can help if something goes wrong.
Viewer: can look at everything and the reports, and change nothing.
Editor: can write posts and review replies, but cannot approve changes themselves.
Manager: can approve changes and manage locations.
Admin: can do all of that, and manage the team, settings and billing.
- The Google permission we ask for
Google calls it “Manage your Business Profile”. We ask for it to read your profile, reviews and posts. We also see the name and email of the Google account you sign in with.
Nothing is changed on Google until you approve it, unless you turn on automatic posts or review replies.
- What we keep
What is on your Google profile (details, hours, photos, posts, reviews and replies, and search numbers) and your account details. We never ask for or store customer or patient records.
- Taking access away
You can remove our access any time: Disconnect Google in Account. That removes every Google connection on this account and we stop reading your profile.
